TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Minimum Length of Stay should be two nights.
• The summer rates are applicable from 14th April to 30th September 2013.
• Club Suite can accommodate one child below 5 years complimentary inclusive of breakfast.
• Two children up to 12 years of age can stay in Club Pool Suite and Royal Villa at Rs. 2,300 + tax (inclusive of buffet breakfast).
• Only one extra adult can stay in Club pool Suite & Royal Villa at Rs. 4,500 + tax (inclusive of buffet breakfast).
• The rates are exclusive of 12% Luxury tax and 7.42% service tax (Subject to change).
• Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment, credit card guarantee, exchange order or bill to company letter for credit listed agents and companies.
• 100% deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival post which booking will be released.
• Rates are valid for all nationalities.
• Bookings for more than two rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.
• This is a limited room & period offer - only limited number of rooms are available under this offer, rates are subject to increase on holidays & extended weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No charges, if cancelled before 14 days. 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled within 14 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation.
• The hotel reserves the right to levy room charge as early departure fee should the guest/s wish to checkout earlier than the date confirmed.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa, Master or American Express Credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
