Can the hotel organise team building activities?
Yes. Selective team building activities such as treasure hunt, tug of war, football and volleyball are organised by the hotel free of charge. However should the requirement be selective and customised, and include the use of certain items that are not available with the resort, charges would be applicable.
What is the average room charge for a conference group?
Charges vary due to the seasonal nature of the destination. Usually April to September is the leaner period and thus room rates are reduced by 30 to 40% against the rack rates.
Can the hotel organise outdoor events?
Yes. The hotel has various outdoor options such as Leela Lawn, Coconut Grove, and Riverside Lawn. Availability is weather-dependent.
Can you organise an event on the beach?
The Goa government laws and regulations prevent any events being organised on the beach. However if respective licenses and permission are acquired, our team will provide all the assistance in organising your event.
