Terms & Conditions


  • Minimum duration of stay required is 2 nights or 3 nights to avail the above rates.
  • Extend your stay to 3nights and save INR 5000/-. Avail complimentary car usage for 4 hours for local sight seeing only on the 3rd day and pay INR 8500/- only for third night stay.
  • Any further extension beyond the 3rd night will be on the rate of the house basis.
  • Same rate for Single / Double Occupancy. The above package meals would be served as buffet in Terrace Restaurant only.
  • Extra Adult charges applicable above 12 years Rs. 2300/- per night (inclusive of breakfast, lunch/dinner and taxes only) Extra mattress is with prior reservation and subject to availability.
  • This is a “Limited room & period offer” – only fixed number rooms are available under this offer. Rates are subject to increase once the allocated rooms get over.

Cancellation / Amendment:


  • Any Cancellation made after advance payment/guarantee of reservation shall draw One Night Retention charges.
  • Any Cancellation made within 15 Days or less prior to arrival shall draw full stay as retention.
