This 211 room trophy hotel is being designed by a great architect, Mr. John Gerondelis of Smallwoods, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart and Associates to showcase a blend of classical historical Northern Indian places and Lutyen Delhi reflected in the colonnades and architectural features of landmark buildings like the Parliament.
The hotel will have an array of speciality restaurants, lounges, library bar, state- of-the-art spa and banqueting facilities by 2010.
