• Minimum duration of stay required is two nights. BAR rates would apply for one night stay.

• Single / Double Occupancy Rates will same for room only, breakfast and all meals offer.
• Children below the age of 5 years stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast and without an extra bed.
• Children between 5 - 14 years can stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed. Food Supplements extra. Extra Bed, if required will be charged at Rs. 1000/- per night (inclusive of breakfast & taxes) and Rs. 1600/- night (inclusive of breakfast and all buffet meals).
• Extra Adult charges will be Rs. 1200/- per night (inclusive of breakfast & taxes) and Rs. 2500/- night (inclusive of breakfast and all buffet meals). Only one Extra Adult is permitted in a room.
• Extra bed is allowed only in Garden View Pavilion and Beach view Superior at The Leela Kempinski Kovalam.
• Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment within 3 working days of the booking.
• Bookings for more than three rooms together will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the Hotel. This offer is not applicable for meetings / conferences.
• This is a “Limited room & period offer” – only fixed number rooms are available under this offer. Rates are subject to increase once the allocated rooms get over.

Cancellation / Amendment:
