Terms & Conditons


  • Minimum length of stay required 03 nights
  • A 10% surcharge is applicable on room rate for stay on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and Extended Weekends.
  • Children below the age of 5 years stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast and without an extra bed.
  • Children between 5 - 12 years will be charged at Rs. 2500/- per night (inclusive of breakfast & taxes) and Extra Adult charges will be Rs. 4000/- night (inclusive of breakfast and taxes).
  • Extra bed is allowed only in Garden View Pavilion and Beach View Superior room only.
  • Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment within 3 working days of the booking.
  • Bookings for more than three rooms together will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the Hotel. This offer is not applicable for meetings / conferences.
  • This is a “Limited room & period offer” – only fixed number rooms are available under this offer. Rates are subject to increase once the allocated rooms get over.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Discounts on Privilege cards e.g. FHRAI & WIHRA
  • Check in 1400 Hrs. Check out 1200 Hrs.

Cancellation / Amendment:


  • Any Cancellation 15 Days Prior shall draw One Night Retention charges.
  • Any Cancellation 15 Days or less prior to arrival shall draw full stay as retention.
  • A 15% surcharge is applicable on room rate for any change of dates for bookings on all the above offers once the payment is received for the same.
