Terms & Conditons


  • The above rate is applicable for a minimum stay of two nights.
  • Minimum duration of stay required is two nights to avail the above rates and can be extended on pro rata basis. BAR rates would apply for one night stay.
  • All meals are on buffet at The Terrace – our all day dining restaurant.
  • A 10% surcharge is applicable on room rate for stay on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and Extended Weekends.
  • Children below the age of 5 years stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast and without an extra bed.
  • Children between 5 - 12 years can stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed. Food Supplements extra. Extra Bed, if required will be charged at Rs. 2500/- per night (inclusive of breakfast & taxes) and Rs. 4000/- per night (inclusive of all buffet meals and taxes)
  • Extra Adult charges will be Rs. 4000/- per night (inclusive of breakfast & taxes) and Rs. 6500/- night (inclusive of all buffet meals & taxes). Only one Extra Adult is permitted in a room.
  • Extra bed is allowed only in Garden View Pavilion and Beach View Superior room only.
  • Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment within 3 working days of the booking.
  • Bookings for more than three rooms together will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the Hotel. This offer is not applicable for meetings / conferences.
  • This is a “Limited room & period offer” – only fixed number rooms are available under this offer. Rates are subject to increase once the allocated rooms get over.
  • This offer can NOT be used in conjunction with any other offer or Discounts on Privilege cards e.g. FHRAI & WIHRA

Cancellation / Amendment:


  • Any Cancellation received between 15-08 Days of arrival dates shall draw 50% of the total amount as retention charges.
  • Any Cancellation received 07 Days or less of arrival dates shall draw 100% of the total amount as retention charges.
  • A 15% surcharge is applicable on total cost for any change of dates for bookings on all the above offers once the payment is received for the same.
