Inclusions


  • The above packages are for 3Nights /4Days and can be extended on pro rata basis.
  • Arrival and departure transfers by an air-conditioned coach from the Dabolim Airport/ Margaon Railway Station.
  • Signature welcome drink on arrival.
  • Buffet breakfast for two at a predesignated area.
  • Under AP package three buffet breakfast + three buffet lunch and three buffet dinner would be offered at a predesignated area.(any additional meals shall be chargeable on actual).
  • Complimentary tea / coffee maker in the room with daily replenishment.
  • Complimentary usage of the steam bath / sauna and swimming pool facilities.

Terms & Conditions


  • A 15% surcharge is applicable on package rate for ALL weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), public holidays and extended weekends.
  • Minimum Length of Stay should be two nights .
  • Children below the age of 5 years stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast and without an extra bed.
  • The Child below 5 Yrs can stay in the room complimentary with parents with meals. The child between 05 Yrs To 14 Yrs can stay in the same room @ 1000 INR all inclusive with Breakfast per night & @ 1600 INR all inclusive with Buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in Premiere rooms and above per night . An extra adult can be accommodated in Lagoon Suite @ INR 1200 INR all inclusive with Breakfast per night & @ INR 2500 all inclusive with Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner per night .
  • Kid Policy : Maximum One Infant (Below 5 Yrs ) shall be accommodated in a pavilion room , Maximum Two Kids ( Below 12 Yrs ) shall be accommodated in a Conservatory Premiere room and Lagoon Suite.
  • Provision for an extra bed is available only in the Lagoon Suite.
  • Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment , credit card guarantee , exchange order or bill to co. letter for credit listed agents and companies.
  • Rates are valid for all nationalities.
  • Bookings for more than three rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privilege cards e.g. FHRAI & WIHRA.

Cancellation Policy:


  • Any Cancellation 15 Days Prior shall draw One Night Retention charges.
  • Any Cancellation 14 Days or less prior to arrival shall draw full stay retention.
