Terms & Conditions


  • Minimum length of stay - 7 days.
  • Maximum occupancy per room is two adults.
  • Should be booked 7 days / 14 days (depending on the season).
  • Incase of reduction of length of stay the rate of the day would be applicable corresponding to the length of stay and an early departure fee would be levied.

Child Policy


  • Child below 12 Years of age can be accommodated free of cost in the room.
  • Child above the age of 12 years is considered as an adult and will be charged INR 1000 plus taxes extra.
  • Extra bed if required would be at an additional charge of INR 1000 plus taxes extra.

Cancellation / Amendment


  • 1200Hrs - 48hours prior to arrival no retention charged. With in 48 hours 1 night retention charged.
