Culture
Bangalore’s a refreshing mix of the latest technology and time-honoured traditions. So there is a lot to experience in Bangalore that will give you an insight into the city of kings.
Do visit the Vidhana Soudha, a magnificent granite structure that houses both the Legislative Chambers of the State Government and is a symbol of Bangalore’s pride. You could visit the museum, or the Palace of Tipu Sultan, an ornate two storeyed wooden palace that has been converted into a museum and living tribute to the glorious reigns of kings like Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan. And if you want to take back a memento, there are few places better than Cauvery Handicrafts Emporium, where you can get exquisite traditional handicraft items make from rosewood, sandalwood, wood-inlay, lacquer and bidri.
Please get in touch with us and we’ll gladly arrange a guided tour for you.
