• Roundtrip airport transfers by a coach from the Dabolim Airport.
• Bed & Breakfast package includes one buffet breakfast per person at The Restaurant. (Any additional meals shall be chargeable on actual).

• Minimum Length of Stay should be two nights.

• Only two adults and No children can be accommodated in Lagoon Terrace room.
• Only two adults and two children below 12 yrs can be accommodated in Conservatory Premier Room.
• One Extra Adult or two children below 12 years can be accommodated in Lagoon Suite.
• The rates are exclusive of 10% Luxury tax and 6.18% service tax.
• 15% Surcharge on weekends(Fri,Sat,Sun) is applicable and collected at the time of checkout.
• The Child below 5 Yrs can stay in the room complimentary with parents with meals. The child between 05 Yrs To 12 Yrs can stay in the same room @ 1200 INR AI with breakfast per night and INR 1800 AI with all meals.
• Extra adult @ Rs. 3000 with breakfast & Rs. 4000 with all meals in lagoon Suite. Not recommended in Lagoon Terrace & Conservatory Premiere Room.
• Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment, credit card guarantee, exchange order or bill to co. letter for credit listed agents and companies.
• Rates are valid for all nationalities.
• Bookings for more than three rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.
• This is a limited room & period offer - only limited number of rooms are available under this offer , rates are subject to increase once the allocated rooms gets over.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privilege cards e.g. FHRAI & WIHRA.

Child Policy

• Childrens can not be accomodated in Lagoon Terrace Room.
• Two Children below 12 years can stay in conservatory premiere or Lagoon Suite without an Extra Bed.
• The Child below 5 Yrs can stay in the room complimentary with parents with meals. The child between 05 Yrs To 12 Yrs can stay in the same room @ 1200 INR AI with breakfast per night and INR 1800 AI with all meals.

Cancellation / Amendment

• Any Cancellation or Amendment 14 Days or less prior to arrival shall draw full stay retention.
