Terms & Conditions

• Minimum length of stay - 2 Nights
• Rates are valid for stays between 1st Nov 2011 to 31st Mar 2012. (Not valid from 22nd Dec 2011 to 10th Jan 2012).
• Only two adults and no children can be accommodated in Lagoon Terrace room.
• Only two adults and two children below 12 years can be accommodated in Conservatory Premier Room.
• One Extra Adult or two children below 12 years can be accommodated in Lagoon Suite.
• The rates are exclusive of 10% luxury tax and 5.15% service tax.
• Child below 5 years can stay in the room with parents inclusive of meals. The child between 05 Yrs To 12 Yrs can stay in the same room @ 3000 INR AI with breakfast per night and INR 3500 AI with all meals.
• Extra adult @ Rs. 4000 per night per bed only in a Lagoon Suite. Not recommended in Lagoon Terrace & Conservatory Premiere Room.
• Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment, credit card guarantee, exchange order or bill to co. letter for credit listed agents and companies.
• Rates are valid for all nationalities.
• Bookings for more than three rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.

Child Policy

• Two children up to 12 years of age can be accommodated in Conservatory Premier room, Lagoon Suite.
• Children can not be accommodated in Lagoon Terrace Room.
• Only one child can stay in Club suite at INR 2300.

Cancellation / Amendment

• Any cancellation or amendment 7 Days or less prior to arrival shall draw full stay retention.
