| Operations & Profitability | : | Planning, organizing and directing the work flow of Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Telephones, Laundry, Health Club and Transport.
Controlling the day to day operations of the Rooms Division departments through effective communication and daily reviews and checks. Evaluating co-ordination between departments for overall smooth operations for guest delight. Managing the operating profit levels of the Rooms Division through yield management, strategic planning and effective cost control. |
| Service Standards | : | Evaluate and benchmark service standards vis--vis competition.
Ensure highest levels of service are consistently maintained. Aim for Total Quality in all operational aspects. Imbibe quality consciousness in front line staff through management tools. |
| Human Resources | : | Develop people as assets
Implementation of individuals goal setting for monitoring performance vis--vis commitment and setting career graph of individual employees. Ensure a disciplined work environment for maximum productivity. Ensure management by objectives. Team spirit amongst staff. |
| Strategic Planning | : | Aiding the General Manager in budget, rate and cost control exercises in Rooms Division.
Employ innovative means to ensure service standards are achieved and maintained by motivated staff while maximum profitability is accrued. |
