Specific Responsibilities Implementing administrative matters and policy matters
- Supervising overall administrative matters on Personnel.
- Submitting reports regarding accommodation and arrangements to Executive Staff.
- Meeting people, agencies for finalizing accommodation for the employees. Keeping uptodate inventory of the Company property and taking of Annual Inventory ( related to flats ).
- Calling quotations for housing from the agencies concerned to look into the requirement of furnitures and maintenance as per Company Policy.
- Handling petty cash.
- Keeping uptodate account of sale of coupons of staff cafeteria, printing of coupons etc.
- Checking frequently the staff cafeteria's locker rooms regarding its uptodate standard and checking hygiene and sanitary level.
- Arrangements of postal and courier services.
- Keeping upto date record of Horticulture Dept.
- Medical reimbursement claims of Executives
- Settling claims of T.A. of Executives, maintain upto date records.
- Administration of Welfare Fund and passing of loan applications from Welfare Fund.
- Staff Transport Arrangement. Negotiation with contractors.
